Whatever the occasion, we know just how to accommodate you. For your convenience, we have tables and chairs available for use during your function. Well behaved pets are welcome as well because we would never want to exclude any family member from life events.
Weddings

At Rustic Meadows Event Center & Lodging, you can spend your big day in a quaint, west Texas atmosphere surrounded by a gorgeous landscape and those you love the most.
Our rental cabins are perfect for an overnight stay if the newly wedded couple doesn’t feel like getting in a car and driving. Any out of town guests present and needing overnight accommodations can also rent one of our unoccupied cabins for the night.
Is man’s best friend showing up as the ring bearer? That’s perfect! Rustic Meadows is pet friendly and welcomes all members of the family!
Birthdays
Any birthday calls for a celebration! We can provide the chairs and tables if you bring the party.
Our venue is a great option for nature lovers planning a trip to Palo Duro Canyon for their birthday. We are less than a 10 minute drive from the state park and can recommend some exciting things to do while you are visiting. We also have a place to rest your head at the end of the night coming soon.
The spacious event center provides an excellent dance floor for when you feel like getting your boogie on. More into singing than dancing? No problem! Hook your karaoke machine up to our indoor sound system to show off your vocal skills.

Whether it’s a family reunion, work event, or bachelorette party, we have everything you need to throw a fun and memorable function. If you want to bring your pets, please do! Rustic Meadows is pet friendly so you don’t have to leave them at home while you’re out enjoying life.
Our event center has a generous amount of open space perfect for team building activities and dancing to your heart’s content. We offer tables and chairs for any occasion and have an indoor sound system that can easily be hooked up to a laptop or DJ equipment to get the music going. Wi-Fi is available for set-up if needed.
Stay with us!
We are thrilled to get the chance to host overnight guests at Rustic Meadows. In addition to our spacious event center, we currently have two houses that are newly remodeled, and available for overnight and weekly rentals. Guests traveling with RVs can use the large field next to the event center for parking. We also offer Wi-Fi.
With Palo Duro Canyon being just shy of 10 minutes away, we are the perfect location for your panhandle getaway!
